5 Star : My Experience I chose Bell Collision Center through USAA as it is a STAR facility and I expected that I would have a good experience. Derek was courteous, professional and communicative. I appreciated getting the progress reports by email and was thrilled that my vehicle was ready a week earlier than I was originally. He explained what was repaired and how they were done.
