5 Star : My Experience I really liked being updated (through texts) throughout the whole repair process and what stage my car was at. My car was repair was completed right on schedule, however even if it was a day r two later than anticipated I wouldn't have minded because I felt like I was involved in the repair process and kept in the loop with everything and there would've been valid reasons for any kind of delay.
