Thank You Bell Honda After all these years of driving a 1993 Honda Accord EX, I decided it was time to buy another car. Bell Honda Helped Me Out When I was recently in Arizona and had problems with my Civic, the dealership service manager took my car in and helped me same day. That made the difference on my cross country trip.
Walked out... We had a salesman who seemed a bit out of it and a bit slow, and he tried telling us a few things that clearly weren't true, but when I subtly made an observation that showed that I'd done my homework and knew he was full of it, he seemed pretty honest from that point. He showed us a couple of cars, took us for a test drive, and finally sat down to talk numbers. Women are treated differently I had a bad experience here. The sale took hours and they kept offering me deals and then taking the offer back. I tried to walk out twice. I could have left, but I was in the last day of my rental from an accident where the other driver had no insurance and had to get a car that day. I was so unhappy with the transaction. I feel they gave me the run around because I am a woman. On one visit, the sales person actually pointed out the vanity mirror (as if every car doesn't have one). I will never... read more
Saleslady was nice.... I can say the saleslady was nice. I let her know how much i wanted to spend and what i wanted. I wanted to purchase not lease. She found me the deal and was so sweet. I went to the finance department to sign the papers and noticed that the deal that was drawn up was a lease. Had i not seen that, i wouldn't have known since everyone said i was purchasing the vehicle. I was misled and spent the whole day negotiating for nothing.
