Great apartment I love waking up to my view of downtown Seattle every morning. The rooftop is also great and I look forward to being able to enjoy it. The location is perfect as my office is located in downtown Seattle which makes my commute much faster. I recommend paying the extra fee for garage parking, it’s totally worth it. The staff is very attentive. Jason was very helpful in our process of renting our unit, he made sure to touch base quite often. I would definitely recommend this residence to others.

Verified Renter The units are beautifully designed with modern finishes & appliances, which are highly durable & cleanable, and there is soft elegance with details such as self-closing doors & dimmable lighting. The light level is amazing and makes every space feel cheery even on cloudy days.

Verified Renter Modera Jackson is a great place to live! We love the building amenities and proximity to the bus and street car stops that take you downtown when we dont want to drive. The rooftop view is unbeatable! The units are also all modern and updated with nice kitchen appliances. Were very satisfied overall!
Verified Renter This apartment is in a lovely area with a park and cultural foods which I love, as well as really great amenities which Ive utilized and been able to even reserve for free like the theater room. I also feel like they try and make an effort to build community here too which is great. Everything here is new. Douglass the leasing agent was incredible and gave us a tour without making us feel at all pressured. He really helped us find what we were looking for.
