Verified Renter Bell Ken Caryl is a wonderful place to live. The office and maintenance staff are responsive, efficient, thoughtful, helpful and like family. The cabinetry and hardware is top quality. I wish I could buy this 3 bedroom apartment. Wonderful lay out, wonderful home. I have lived here 4 years.

Verified Renter Bell is absolutely wonderful! The community is welcoming and respectful, lots of dogs which we love and the grounds are gorgeous, inside and out. The move in process was quick and easy, we are definitely sticking around in our new home.
Verified Renter The location is great easy access to the highway and grocery stores. The office staff is extremely friendly and knows the residents by name. There is a mix of young and older residents and everyone gets along well. The community is quiet and i feel safe living here.
