Verified Renter Clean, roomy and spacious units and storage. Camille, the Assist Manager is the most awesome. There is new management fir the last 2 months, the manger and new maintenance seem nice. In the getting to know everyone phase now.
Verified Renter With summer on the way, I was so relieved that maintenance took less than 24 hours to come look at my a/c. And even more relieved that it’s been blowing cold air since! Everyone I’ve dealt with on the maintenance team and in the office has been courteous and helpful.

Verified Renter Bell Kennesaw Mountain has large apartments, plenty of amenities, friendly neighbors and does not look like an apartment complex because of the trees all around the neighborhood. The buildings here are not made of concrete, they have a much more welcoming atmosphere than other places.

Verified Renter Bell Kennesaw is a nice complex to live in. Maintenance Team is great! The areas of concern are the building cleaningness (outside) and the landscaping could use more attentiveness.
