We’ve owned a home for over 10 years so moving into an apartment seemed daunting. Briana made it as smooth as possible, we are very pleased with the level of customer service. Moving day was straight forward. The few things our apartment needed were promptly fixed. Our family has been enjoying the amenities and exploring the area
Wow just stopped by because I was buying eye drops at the Publix that’s literally connected to the apartment complex. 10/10 service and BEAUTIFUL property. Ceiling fans in the hallways, no nasty “valet” trash bins in the hallways, Amazon locker, pretty landscaping and a SALT WATER POOL??!!! 🙀Plus they got chick fil a chips in the model apartment. I loved my short and unplanned experience at the leasing office 💯
Living here has been the best! Everyone greets you so nicely. The leasing office and maintenance are always answering questions and fixing issues around the apartment if needed. Amenities are awesome here at Bell Lake Forest and kept clean. Also, they always have something going for the residents here…either food trucks, get together, holiday celebrations and just simply a warm welcome is the best!
Bell Lake Forest is a hidden gem! We could not be happier on this property. The management team is exemplary, the facilities are superbly maintained, and quiet hours are strictly enforced. Our first experience with maintenance occurred today, with Jean R., and his service was outstanding! Jean was prompt, polite, and respectful of our home. Along with Bri and Liz, this team is uniquely talented in customer care. Thank you Bell Lake Forest Staff!
I moved into Bell Lake a month ago with my partner and we are so pleased & happy to be living in such a beautiful complex! Briana was absolutely the best to us & made sure we were always up to date with the move in process. It is so peaceful, beautiful, and so cozy!! The amenities are amazing, the pool is always clean & exactly the same with the complex on its own. I highly recommend moving here if you’re looking for a quiet & luxury style home!
