Verified Renter Overall pretty unsatisfied with the community as a whole. From the water at the dog park not working over the summer to no communication about my central air that has been out since August. After my unit was skipped during its routine extensive maintenance was suppose to occur on August 4th.

Verified Renter Bell of Lake Norman has been an amazing experience. Our Leasing staff is very professional and always address any concerns in a very timely fashion. Our maintenance team our very knowledgeable and capable, they are very willing to make sure you are taken care of immediately upon request. Our community grounds are always kept so clean and nice, you can tell that a lot of pride goes into delivering a top notch home to all of our residents. Kudos to all of our staff!!
