Lansbrook Village "A great place to call "home". The entire staff always greets you with a smile and are very helpful to your needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise . Be Cautious! If you love being able to hear and smell everything from the apartments around you, struggling to park in front of your building, having your AC break more often than it should DURING the coldest and hottest months, or having a damp dryer from the person below you, this is the place for you!

50-50 This complex used to be upper scale. There are too many people moving in and out of the apartments all the time and I would say that they are now renting to more undesirable people. I have lost count as to how many managers they've had in this complex the office staff is constantly on a high turnover. There's clearly is no consistency to this management company at all. —Disappointing— Thought this w/be a great place. Apartments are inferior quality. Too much to even write but as issues escalated, property manager, Mary, would not even see me. Tenant liaison, Sue, was quick to make it seem like she would help but only made things worse. Was promised a call from Jordan, Regional manager but that never happened even after I reached out to him multiple ways. There are other options nearby that have better quality everything! Renter Beware—do a THOROUGH walk thru!!!!

Poor Customer Service!!! Office staff would much rather argue with you and insult you than submit and/or attend to a very simple maintenance request like changing a smoke detector battery in one of their vacant apartments. The community manager should be a person you can turn to in the event there is an issue that the disgruntled leasing staff can't handle, but it's clear why they feel they can treat people the way they do because their own manager is equally as rude. Staff horrible, prices high only good is schools They know their only value is the school zone they are in. We have lived here for 5 yrs and never late on our rent. The management has decided to not renew our lease, but hope we enjoyed our time here. No reason given except they don’t have to give a reason. Place is overpriced and they will hit you with higher rent each year. Stayed for kids school now wish we hadn’t. Awesome Maintenance Staff I came home from work the other day and realized my refrigerator had died. It was 4:58 and I was able to get in touch with the office. Since it was so late in the day they could not order a new one but they stayed late and brought one from another unit so I wouldn't have to live out of coolers until the one came in. Anytime, I have a maintenance issue it is handled promptly and efficiently. The office staff is great too.

Jasmine We moved here blind in August 2016 from out of state and with Nadia's help, it has been a very smooth transition with no scary surprises! The front office staff are all so warm, Lilliana, Melinda, Antoinette, and make you feel like family. So far we are quite happy! The fellow residents are all great, the amenities are clean and a great addition. The maintenance staff, Pedro, Juan, and Arnaldo to name a few favorites, are polite, attentive, and very quick to respond.

Best in the Area By Far We just moved into Lansbrook and it has been a great experience! The staff are all very friendly and professional. They made or transition as smooth as it could possibly have been. Everyone is knowledgeable about any questions we have had. The maintenance is fantastic as well. We spent one night and left to get one more load to complete our move, and when we returned, our air conditioner wasn't blowing cold. It was after 10pm, so I expected it to be the next day sometime before it was working again. W... read more
