Best place I've ever lived! The location of the building is perfect for us! The office and maintenance staff are so nice and respond so fast (unlike other places I've lived that can never answer the phone!) we love the amenities and having the park and lake right next to us. Would absolutely recommend living here if you can!

Verified Renter I love being here! The location is perfect because it’s close to the shops and the nature. The property manager is super nice and friendly. The maintenance crew work very hard to maintain the building. Thank you for all the hard work guys!!
Verified Renter I love it here so far. The area is nice and near Lake Sammamish also very clean. Wholle goods is very close by...walking distance and there is a trail for the joggers and cyclist around.

Worst place I have ever lived before I used to live here and I had so many problems with my neighbors, you can hear even if they sneeze, since Alexan sold the building to Bell things got worst, now that I left the building 1.5months ago I got a call from a debt collector because I own more than 800 dlls for apartment damages which never happened, I have a video of the apartment and the conditions I left it after I called them to review why they are charging me they said they will check and let me know, I don’t recommend livi... read more
