Coming up on experiencing Bell Olmsted apartments for almost a year and I 100% recommend anyone considering moving in and here's why: Staff: Friendly/helpful staff and concierge. My family and I recently moved into our new apartment at Bell Olmsted Park, and just have great things to say about the premises and all the staff. We are very excited to be part of this community and we are very pleased with the management team there, Taylor and Christine Truong. Been living here for a year and it's time to say goodbye. I’ve loved every bit of this place, especially the gorgeous view! A huge shoutout to Chrissy from the leasing office for setting me up here. She was incredible from the start, making the whole process a breeze. While moving out is bittersweet, I couldn't leave without showing some love for her and this place. If you're looking for a great apartment with help from someone who genuinely cares, ask for Chrissy.
currently the experience is 3 stars, and I used to love living here. it has a great location, nice finishes, a garage, pool, concierge, etc. BUT: 1) our hallway is 86 degrees and with building A/C switched off until April, our unit easily exceeds the legal maximum temperature during the day UNLESS it is freezing outside to combat the excessive heat (but what a waste of energy that is!). on days like today (50 degrees outside), we have to leave our tiny windows open to try and maintain a cooler temperature inside, which mean... read more
The apartments are very spacious and cozy. They are also pet friendly. The staff is very responsive and willing to go above and beyond to solve any issues with maintenance. Especially Luis who has gone above and beyond when solving issues with our apartment. He replaced our carpet the following day after we told him that it had a bad odor.
