Verified Renter I've been living at Bell Overlake Apartment 2 monthes, and I couldn't be happier with my decision to make this my home. From the moment I moved in, I was impressed by the community's welcoming atmosphere and the high standard of living offered here.
Verified Renter Everything is great except one of the elevators, which is not working. The building is clean and very quiet. The gym is very good. The lobby is a safe, nice place to hang out. Study rooms are good, I wish we had more of them.

Verified Renter Excellent support from Milke and Bell Overlake team to make move-in experience smooth and hassle free. We found the apartment in perfectly hospitable condition, all the appliances are working and usable. Our mailbox and access code were already set up. Make sure to find and book an internet provider beforehand, cell reception is not the best.
