I've been very pleased with my decision to live at Bell Quarry Hill. Initially I was concerned about construction noise on 290 since my apartment faces the highway. I've found the noise level to be minimal, and it hasn't in any way detracted from my quality of life here. This is a great little complex! Kami is one of the managers on site, and she's been extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. I'd highly recommend living here!
I felt lucky when we found this apartment, even though we didn't come to check in person before we decided to move here. While living here, most of everything is good: management is nice, maintenance is fast, and everything is helpful. We did appreciate that. The roof is high enough, and the living room has many lights and a big balcony. We did pay the rent late one time, and they charged us around $158. Bell Quarry Hill is a great place to live! Kami and DeChell in the leasing office are super helpful, and go above and beyond to explain everything/answer questions. Maintenance requests are addressed ASAP, and Tim and James are always on top of it! The apartments are really nice, and the community is clean and quiet. I highly recommend checking it out!
Overall experience was pleasant for the year we lived there. We sadly ended up having to end our time here because we lived in a unit facing 290. The construction was absolutely unbearable. They are using large machinery at all hours of the day. We would wake up sometimes at 4-5 AM and they had already started. Sometimes between 10 PM and midnight as well. Nice apartments complex. Quite and surrounded by houses. Maintenance request were very fast, and Kami is an amazing property manager. This place and Bell don't nickle and dime unlike many others in Austin.
