The maintenance and crew are excellent they keep this place looking tip top, modern and well looked after. .Issues are repaired and attended to as quickly as possible. Verified Renter I moved into another community 2 weeks ago and the apartment wasn't anything like the model they showed me. They didn't have another unit to put me in so they agreed to give me my money back. I went on line and found Bell Roper Mountain. I called and they happened to have a one bedroom available. Concerned about safety Complex looks nice, but apartments are smoke-ridden and dated. Better to look elsewhere.

WORST COMPLEX FOR NOISE Pros: The staff is always friendly and the complex looks great. Cons: I have had a more noisy neighbors live around me than I can count, one in particular. No matter how much you complain to the staff and evidence you provide, they do nothing to resolve the issue. I have been dealing with this problem for 11 months. If I knew I lived above a night club I would have never signed my lease.
