Our apartment was in shambles, the water was cold, the air was warm and a door was broken. I called for maintenance and within 20 minute Moe Moreira showed up and fixed everything within minutes. He did it with a smile on his face and with extreme urgency as well as efficiency. In our 15 minute interaction I was able to see how good of a worker as well as a human being he is. Guys like this make this place better. Need more Moes.

Cheap carpets, cheap appliances, not clean when we took over apartment, view of many apartments is overlooking a dilapidated building - decidedly not worth the high rent. Highly recommend against living in Quinn35.

Moe Moreira Is the man, helped us fix our hot water and cabinet! If the jagaloons in the front office had even an ounce of grit and hard work that he had this place would go to the moon.
