I enjoy living at Bell South Lamar, I have lived at quite a few places in Austin and this is the most friendly I have lived at. Everyone is nice and there’s always people walking there dogs or playing at the dog park together which is nice, there is a community feel here which is rare for apartments. The grounds and pool area are always well taken care of and the gym has always clean and has all the things you need. I recently spent 72hrs in Austin to pick an apartment for my April relocation. I signed a lease with Bell Lamar after deciding it was the best overall value for me (was factoring in location, quality, community vibe, amenities, and price). I toured my unit twice on two separate days to ensure it was the one I want. Manoj demonstrated exceptional professionalism and dedication in helping us find the perfect apartment. He was incredibly responsive, always quickly returning calls and emails, and went out of his way to show us multiple units in the complex to ensure we found exactly what we needed. His enthusiasm and support throughout the process made all the difference. Thanks to Manoj, my family is now happily settling into a great apartment that meets all our expectations.

Just had the best experience touring my future home, Manoj went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable experience and was very accommodating to my needs and what exactly I was looking for in a space. Coming from a not so great experience at my current place I feel very taken care of and excited to start this new chapter :) Beautiful complex as well!!
