Verified Renter Overall a good experience but the halls, elevators and grounds need to be better maintained. Pool, hot tub, sauna and jacuzzi frequently out of order.

Verified Renter Many of us have to stop ourselves from walking up to potential rentals while the office shows the pool are, and really let them know.. TV doesn't work, pool is not heated, and hot tub has been out for 5 months

You get what you pay for The hallway on every floor in building 3 has a strong odor of a dirty cat litterbox. it may be coming up from the trash room through the garbage chute, filling the west end of our building with the smell getting into your sinuses. The trash backs up in the garbage chute (Friday-Monday morning) there is no regular maintenance on weekends. The apartments are not clean when given to the new resident. The garage floor sections move/shake when people are driving through. The management responded they are ... read more
