RecommendedI can say enough about my time at Element! They made moving in during the pandemic a breeze, communicate wonderfully with their residents, were quick to respond to any repair requests or problems, and every staff member was a joy to work with. They've even been equally helpful since I moved out helping me retrieve some errant mail. It's the most well managed building I've ever experienced and I highly recommend it.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My husband and I have lived here a year and love it. We live on a high floor overlooking the Park. Great location. The building has had 3 property manager’s in the last year. Thank god we have Allysse now, she is wonderful and is taking care of all of the issues the other Managers couldn’t handle. Hallways have been painted, parking situation handled, cleanliness issue is being addressed. We just renewed our lease. Love this location, building and Management is doing a great job. I suppose it's time to write a review on this place where I have been residing since Nov 2016. I JUST LOVE IT! Situated in the core of uptown, it's easily accessible to everything including my office and obviously not to mention about my balcony views of the Baseball and Football games in addition to the Romare Bearden park events. Moved in mid July and I must say element has been absolutely fantastic not just for luxury but also convenience to so many things and events. As uptown Charlotte keeps growing by the day there will be even more fun things to do. My neighbors all seem pretty business professional too which is great and it definitely adds more energy being in a hotel style apartment complex with a 24hr concierge. We moved in a couple of months ago and love it! My husband says that we are in trouble because we can only go down hill from here. We feel very spoiled and so does our doggy. At other places, we had neighbors that didn't really speak but that's not the case at the Element - everyone is very nice. I didn't think having a full time concierge would be a big deal but they are so helpful and it's a great perk. Taylor in the office is also helpful with any questions we have. So far, love calling the Element home!
