I had the pleasure of working with Jamie during the application process for my new apartment, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. He is incredibly helpful and profession and guided me through every step, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Now, over a month into living here, I can confidently say that everything has been fantastic. The move-in was seamless, and the leasing office staff is always friendly and welcoming!

My apartment flooded Saturday April 6 due to the negligence of a contractor who delivered and installed a washer. 8 days later I'm reduced to living in my bedroom. The rest of my space is encased in plastic sheeting. Management has shown no concern. The grounds are constantly littered with fallen dead branches. Last summer the pool was disgusting. Residents skimmed it every day.

First and foremost, to the staff of Bell Walker's Crossing: You have performed beyond my perceived standard let alone expectation. Actioning a seamless, effective, and efficient emergency plan over the past week of extreme winter weather conditions (15-20 Jan 24). First, this review is based solely on the tour and the interaction I had with the leasing consultant Kaylyn. She is super sweet, honest, and is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. She answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. The only reason I didn’t sign a lease is because I decided to move in with my parents and pursue travel nursing. No need to lease an apartment if I’m not going to be in town. If things should change, I would definitely consider them in the future! Thank you Kaylyn, you are awesome!

Worst place I have ever lived. This place had overflowing trash receptacles at the front of the property every week that were never taken care of in a timely manner. When I first moved in, there were so many problems with the apartment, including an infestation of hornets and spiders. No one at the leasing office is knowledgeable of anything, and I would often catch maintenance trying to enter my apartment without a request even being put in which was extremely off-putting.
