I must say that Charles is this most incredible property manager that I have ever experienced. He is very professional and kind and really makes his tenants feel valued. He also throws the best holiday/community parties and allows the tenants to really get to know our neighbors on a family basis. I am so grateful that I chose to live here at Bell Warner Center and I THANK YOUUUUU Charles for being such a great leader. Because of Charles I plan on staying here for a very long time.
