RecommendedI have been seeing Delida for Cryo and the experience has been nothing shy of stellar! The results so far (about halfway through the 20 weeks) are noticeable and I am down a little more than a pant size so far and that is without much change in diet, just staying conscious of sugar intake. Delida is thorough, extremely knowledgeable and she works with you and your individual desires as well as constraints. 12/10 from this happy client!
