Manager was great and polite. Minor issues I'm sure will be fixed and addressed.Ā
I was sent a Welcome email from Bella Vista that stated which unit i was going to be renting. Thier system also allowed me to set my resident portal up that shows I have a 0$ balance. But Patricia, the property manager, called me this morning and left a voicemail. The voicemail was not clear but stated I owed a Dike Energy bill and could not rent from them.
