The manager of this place asked my husband and I to remove our negative reviews of this place with false promises of sending us discount cards for the absolutely horrible treatment I received at 31 WEEKS PREGNANT. We received a call to express “regret” and lots of excuses as to why their staff was not professional, awake, nor willing to assist a third trimester pregnant woman with a flu that was progressing to pnemonia at 12:30am on Saturday morning. Absolutely cold hearted GREEDY people. In the midst of a historic disaster, all they cared about was MONEY. They threatened to kick me out, refused to care for me AND FALSIFIED my documents stating I left against their better advice. The truth, they wanted $1,000 to suture me. 7 stitches, 1MINUTE is all I needed but THEY REFUSED. In the midst of the flooding/fear, I left home DESPERATELY looking for help after falling & cutting my foot TO THE BONE & was bleeding profusely.

My friend just went there and y'all gave her a hard time.
Found the online on Thursday. Had been feeling horrible for a few days and finally decided to go in. Was pleasantly greeted by an African American male nurse at the counter who quickly got me into a room. I was then pleasantly greeted by the an Hispanic male nurse who made sure I was comfortable. Finally, speaking with Dr. Quintanilla put m mind at ease and explained to me in simplest terms what my condition was. I will going back from now on if I have anymore issue. With I could make Dr. Q my regular doctor!!

I have been here twice within 30 days for two separate illnesses. I will NEVER sit in an ER at a hosptial again. I can come here for the same copay and be seen within minutes versus hours. The staff is professional & compassionate. They have all the equipment on site to determine if hospital admittance is needed. In the instance it is, they arrange it all for you!
