I don't think I could ever say, I enjoy the experience of surgery. But I could say, Doctor Phillip Iero and his staff could not have done anything more to make the entire procedure smooth and seamless, from the moment you walk in until you leave. Would have been a five-star rating, but I had to wait 30 minutes past my appointment time. The CT Scan process was relaxed, and the meeting with the doctor was very informative.

I had my 4 wisdom teeth surgically removed by Dr. Iero. Dr. Iero was very friendly and attentive. He took the time to explain the procedure and scans which were taken so that I could see the 'why' and 'what' all was required. Insurance turned out to be the culprit with my previous billing grievance. Staff at the office working with my insurance toward a resolve. My only negative take away is that i wasnt notified about the issue with the insurance and was surprised with the higher payment at time of service.

There was a discrepancy in billing but other than that it was a great experience. Not sure why a copy of my initial quote could not be pulled up at the time of service because i knew i was being billed more than i was quoted even after cutting out sedation that was part of the original quote. Currently sorting that out hopefully to a fair resolve.

I have had excellent experiences with Dr. Iero and his staff. I had an implant installed (upper front tooth) 5 years ago and it's doing great, and I've had twice yearly botox to keep the lines at bay. He'd be my first choice for other more involved cosmetic procedures or dental implants if ever needed.
