Everything was straightforward. I was told what to expect during the duration of my treatment during my consultation appt. First appt took about 5 mins once I was in the room. One of the doors was open a crack which was odd. Already I'm seeing good results from the one appt, so I'm looking forward to the whole treatment.
Disappointed. Thought I was going to get an hour facial (deep cleaning) and it was like 20 minutes. Never even got a chance to relax.
Took over 2 months to be able to schedule an appointment! When I tried to initially call to schedule I called and called and didn't get an answer until several tries.
They treat you second grade because you have groupon.
Booking an appointment is over two months in advance!! This is terrible. They have short business hours which is not helping this problem...
