Adrien Southwick is my favorite service center guy ever at Bellevue Nissan! I alway know I’ll be treated incredibly well, he consistently goes above and beyond to ensure any work that needs to be done is checked thru warranties first. He is great at communicating during the service so I can anticipate how long it will be and ensures I’m well taken care of while I’m waiting. I recently filed the chapter 7 bankruptcy, I knew it could be very difficult to purchase a car. I went to Bellevue Nissan and saw Rommel , He paired me up with Ernesto and this was absolutely the easiest auto purchase I’ve ever made in my life. I was in and out in less than two hours and got a 2021 Nissan Roge, and I’m paying $150 kess than I did for my 2019 Hyundai Sonata Limited. Everyone at Bellevue Nissan was very pleasant to deal with.
