As always I was pleased with my visit. Your staff was responsive regarding providing me with an option of other dental providers that could deal with an old issue. I was not satisfied with the feeling I got in that particular office (ask Michelle about the details).I left a message today to see if both primary and secondary insurance was considered when giving me a quote for my September visit.Ric

Even though I showed up a week early for my appointment Erin shuffled things around so I could get my teeth cleaned. Everyone accomodated my needs, Michele, Dr. Prager and all the staff. Please let Michele know that I found the attachment for the difficult tooth, and was able to get deep into the area to clean. Thanks so much to everyone for such caring attention and flexibility! As a teenager, I had a horrible dentist experience. It left me afraid and avoiding dentists. I went to Dr. Praeger 25 years ago for my son and found myself in the hands of a caring and gentle professional. I have stayed with Dr. Praeger even after moving more than an hour away from B'ham It was the best decision I ever made.
If you want state of the art dental care with the latest technology and everything to make your time as comfortable as possible, then Dr. Prager's office is the place to go for all your dental needs. Dr.Prager and his staff are caring, and knowledgeable, and work to give you the best results available for your specific needs.
Thank you for caring so much to try to make me be as comfortable as possible at my last appointment, with all my teeth being so very sensitive for some unknown reason. I appreciate that you chose to use the rubber dam to try to protect all my other teeth from more pain. This is my 3rd week of very sensitive/painful teeth and I do seem to be getting better, but very SLOWLY. I still can't figure out what is happening....probably hormons or something crazy like that at my age. Ha, may never know. See you next week for follow up... read more
I came away from my last check-up, more convinced than ever that I'm with a "family" at Dr. Prager's...his staff greets me like they care about me (in today's world, that means a lot), Michele takes such wonderful care of my gums and teeth, and at every single visit, I learn something new (you CAN teach an old dog new tricks!) about mouth hygiene (do I get my ears yet?!)..and the best ways to prevent problems.Dr. Prager is the best dentist I've ever known, and wish I could clone him for all my friends who don't live in Washi... read more
