Jennifer was absolutely wonderful to work with! We needed a carpet remnant for my daughter's NCSU dorm, and the room's unusual shape required a custom cut. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was cut and ready exactly as we needed. The whole team was friendly, accommodating, and made the process stress-free. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Our floors look amazing! Fred and Mike are the best of the best! We had new Hardwood floors installed on our entire first floor which includes our master bedroom. Fred and Mike made sure everything was perfect and they succeeded. 5 star all the way!

We loved working with Bell's Carpet! Angie and Fred were great to work with. Our floors turned out amazing. There staff and workers were professional and the installers did an amazingly quick and beautiful job on downstairs floors.

We selected Bell’s after careful evaluation of vendors when we were putting in new carpet in a large bonus room and walk-in closet. Their consultant was extremely helpful in bringing and loaning us samples, discussing pad and carpet options, providing carpet/cost options, and scheduling the installation. We were also very happy with the professional prep work and installation, and delighted with the final result.
