The community looks appealing from the outside. DO NOT be fooled. My unit has/ had mold. The leasing office told me it was my responsibility to get rid of it; although, it was present upon move in. The office manager has THE WORST attitude. The staff is never available and the claim is due to COVID restrictions. They allow cars without decals to park but tow residences vehicles. They treat their residence like crap. You can not view the unit you are moving into but they force you to view a pristine model that they maintain b... read more
Do not rent here. The congregation of people at your steps to leave your apartment is unacceptable. Management cannot get a handle on this. The tenants leave bag of trash bags on the hand rails. Management, after 10 calls, have no plan in place. I will not be renewing here.
DO NOT rent an apartment here. The walls are paper thin you constantly hear all your neighbors.Management will blow you off stating "its apartment living", not when your neighbor has a party every damn night playing music with people screaming on the balcony chugging beer cans over. Going on my second year here. The apartment itself is nice and community isn’t bad. Problem is you can hear every little thing your upstairs neighbor does. Currently at 7am it sounds like a jack hammer is coming through the floor and this has happened for the last three days around the clock. Office doesn’t care and writes it off as apartment living yet the last three apartments I lived in never had this issue.
