RecommendedI moved in a week ago today and it has been nothing short of my expectations. Beautiful apartments with great views and it is quiet. The office staff are amazing, very helpful and attentive. Maintenance is very quick, friendly and gets the job done. 5 stars from me!

So, today I called the office and was assisted very quickly with an issue that was going on. Maintenance came out, specifically Mr. Cj, and he was one of the best I’ve ever had in my 2-3 years staying in these apartments! He did his job and he made sure he checked every situation before he ever left. He even gave me advice for the future to make sure the issue never happened again. We have been living here for 8 months, we love every aspect of this community. It’s clean and safe. Teri is on top of everything and always with a smile. Hannah, our leasing agent always there for us. Bob has been a godsend in maintenance along with his crew CJ and Tom. The pool in the summer is pristine, and with the lake, we feel like we’re on vacation.
The apartments are well kept and the neighborhood is a family and pet friendly one. The staff is fantastic!
For three years my husband and I lived in these apartments. It was a quiet neighborhood and the staff were always a helping hand. Living with the lake in the middle was always a lovely view. We were located to all shopping centers and not far from the highways. The complex is great for running. I would highly recommend Belmont at York to anyone. I loved living there and sure will never forget it.
All my stuff were stolen from my car right under my building such as wallet , phone and watch . When I called the office lease they did nothing & When I talked to 2 of my neighbors they said that same thing happed to them and their cars also stolen before. Lease office does nothing except collecting money . It’s not safe place and don’t recommend it at all.
I lived in Belmont of York back in 2021, I moved out in 22 and was told when I moved out my final cost was to clean the carpet which was 250 and they would just take it out my deposit. I never heard anything from them until now 2024 I received a call for a collection agency that I owed Belmont of York 900 dollars which is crazy. When they sent a break down of the bill they charge me 700 for a water bill for 10 days and 375 for the carpet. UPDATE; They will illegally change the locks on your apartment without telling you. My lease was up the 18th, they changed the locks the 17th. Staff is super unfriendly(aside from maintenance workers) and not helpful when you have questions. The property manager, Teri, is the worst of them all. The apartments are decent , but the leasing office makes everything so uncomfortable and the way they talk to you is unprofessional. Renting here is not worth it, I do not recommend leasing/renting with Belmont at York
