Dr. Whitehouse is a friendly and welcoming person to ease the conversation during a therapy session. It did not feel like therapy, but rather talking between two friends. I am thankful to have known her to discuss issues and major decisions.

The worst therapist I have ever seen. Judgmental, cold, lacks empathy, and such fixed thinking that she made my life feel worse.
Super rude
Dr. Ali came off friendly and validating at the start, but by the second session, I just felt patronized, like he was just trying to placate me till I left. He checked his watch constantly, starting less than 5 minutes into a session. He ignored the symptoms I was most concerned with. Would minimize what I shared, then try to backtrack with, "I don't want to minimize......" Poor judgement about my medication given my history which did not seem to concern her. Did not even attempt to follow up with me when medications caused problems.
My previous psychiatrist misdiagnosed me and I was taking meds that didn't work for me and made me sluggish and tired. Dr. Lazaroff figured out the right diagnosis and put me on the right meds.
