Dr Peters and staff, thank you for giving such great care to my cats over the years. About a year ago my older cat developed diabetes, which I had no experience with. Dr Peters took the time to explain all options AND has provided wonder follow up care. They treat my cats with patience and are very kind when dealing an emotional cat "parent". I wanted to make sure how appreciative I am.
It is extremely warm in this facility. Bring water and do not wear pants. Also why cant you do the exam of my animal in front of me? My cat doesnt hiss, obviously only at the vet, because who likes the doctor/vet lol?? Think about how much calmer animals can be with their owners voice/presence around compared to a bunch of strangers poking at her lol.. I come back because its close, Prices are great, staff is friendly and its convenient.

I've lived all over and had dogs my entire life and BSVH is hands down the best vet I've been to. They've taken amazing care of my three girls (dogs) over the years (one of which is a double Merle so she's special needs), and are always incredibly patient with me as well being a bit of a worry-wart dog dad lol. Highly recommended.

I've been putting off writing this post because of how devastating it is to lose my boy so suddenly. I lost Odin a few months ago and I took him here so they can have him cremated (which was better priced than most places). Taking him to this veterinary hospital was the best decision I made. The staff helped me carry him in because he was a 190Lb Great Dane and they were all so kind to me. They let me know it'll take about two weeks to receive his ashes. Dr Ingram is honest, extremely knowledgeable, and very caring. She is the only veterinarian I will ever go to again.
Here is my first fur baby, Yoda. He is a rescue and didn't come from a good home. I got him when he was 4 months ago and is a complete sweetheart. He had really bad anxiety and didn't trust anyone. These ladies took such great care of my dog and earned his trust. They treated him with great care and spoiled him with treats that by the time the visit was done, the jar was empty
