Fergus location- people living in the building are rude and like to use the common door to let there dogs out with out leashes to shit everywhere then they get mad that our dog wants to play with the leash free dog. staff aren't the friendliest or the best at cleaning. Fellow tenants also complain about everything if they don't like you, and leave agressive notes and rude Christmas presents They also charge for parking which is cool, but it be better if we had spots assigned to apartments we just got an above rent increas... read more
Above the board rent increase because they worked on the roof and replaced their broken water heater yet your actual unit will be crumbling and leaking water everywhere. Don't worry though, they will always be on top of cutting the grass five times a week!!! You might think that because these apartments are horrible and low quality and in a small town, they would at least be cheap. Nope. $1900 a month for slum-lord quality units. Just moved out of here after 9.5 years and I wouldn’t recommend this place to my enemy !! Has been nothing but hell. The turn over in staff is insane and no one cares about the tenants ! They will do maintenance around the outside of the building but neglect to address your needs for the unit you live in. You are constantly bothered by them for stupid little things. My entire apartment smelled like smoke from my neighbour who obviously smoked inside her apartment. Didn’t matter if I brought up that they advertised as a non-smoking building, nobody would address the issue. Barking dogs were inside a unit and I never saw them being let out, most weeks they would bark loudly throughout the night for hours. Wifi sucked. Purchased what was recommended for the building, as expensive as it was and it hardly worked. Landlords will enter your unit a few times a month for various inspections. ... read more
They put in an electric vehicle charging station but my partner and I have been waiting for a stove for 3 months (the one in our unit has obviously been broken since before we moved in, it beeps incessantly). Property managers are dismissive of concerns and just tell you 'they're working on it' over and over again with 0 results. We have had to buy a toaster oven and countertop burner in order to cook because they do not provide working appliances.
