RecommendedDr Thomas has been great! She listened to all my concerns during my pets check up. My pet was also sick and at the ER over the previous weekend and she was sure to calm my concerns. I called a few days later with a question, the tech was super helpful and Dr. Thomas also called me back! I feel they go above and beyond to make our fur babies comfortable and keep them healthy!
You couldn’t ask for nicer group of people to take care of your fur family I just brought in my 18-year-old dog and he’s a grumpy old men now and they treated him with such kindness. I will not go anywhere else. Highly recommended
They are probably the most caring pet care people I have ever had contact with. I realize that the price of caring for a pet is mind boggling but I also know that the staff is doing exactly what they should be- keeping your pet healthy and happy. They make the recommendations and you get to make the choices. They make the following up calls and go the extra mile to be sure that your pet is taken care of and you are satisfied. As a first time dog owner, having your fur baby get sick in the first week, is a nightmare. The staff at Belvidere could not be more helpful, not only fitting my Maple in between appointments to check on her, but giving us a great treatment plan for everything, and reassuring my boyfriend and I as new dog parents. We are so thankful for the compassionate, helpful staff and look forward to returning on a non emergent basis to make a wellness plan for my pup.
They are very personable here! They always make me feel at ease when we have to bring Jesse in for anything. Our puppy has had his neutering here, check ups, shots and all in-between services. They explain everything that’s going on and we couldn’t feel more comfortable with leaving our puppy in their hands! Highly recommend! Jesse actually knows we are here when we pull up and he can’t contain his excitement!

Dr Katherine Nickerson and the office staff? They don’t come better than that! Wouldn’t take my two babies anywhere else. Dr Nickerson loves my dogs as much as I do, she’s the sweetest most compassionate and knowledgeable veterinarian, we feel beyond blessed to have made her acquaintance. She’s more of a friend than a vet, she’s someone you can truly trust. Could not love her more. So grateful to have found her!
