I don't know where to start, there are so many good qualities about this Doctor and his staff. So I will list them one by one 1. Very kind, welcoming and polite Staff at the front desk. They listen to you and explain all your options clearly. Very friendly too 2. The Doctor's Assistants are knowledgeable and very kind with you. Your painless experience is their goal 3. Every person in Dr. Mandel's office was professional and an expert in their field. I was comfortable and asked questions that were answered. It is sometimes emotional to have dental work done, but in my 70 years I can attest to the calming and caring treatment and positive attitudes of all staff. Dr. Mandel is current on techniques and has a warm personality that made my visit enjoyable. Thank You.
This was my 2nd visit to Dr Mandel's. The staff is efficient and they work as a team. I was impressed with Dr Mandel's knowledge on our first visit and after hearing from his staff how he pursues the latest in dentistry at many conferences, as his vacations, I am even more impressed. The staff that worked with me today was high quality. Our family is switching to Dr Mandel.

This is the 2nd recommendation we have posted, as we now have seen Dr. Mandel for the first time and he has referred us out for additional testing - We are so impressed with the quality and knowledge of his office and the people he refers to. We stated before how impressed we were with Dr. Mandel and his knowledge. We have now dealt with his office staff and others he is relating to. They are all efficient and very professional. We highly recommend.

We were recommended to Dr. Mandel by the folks from Price-Pottinger. He is a holistic dentist, mercury free and clearly knows the most current treatment techniques. My wife and I were impressed by his knowledge, his bedside manner and his optimistic attitude. He won us over on our first visit. He quickly had a clear treatment direction and installed hope into a frustrating chronic problem. My wife suggested I go see Dr. Mandel and now she plans to switch to him also.
