Ben from Citywide was very customer focused. He provided me personal support. Ben checked in frequently during the process and answered all my questions. Ben was also always available when I reached out for questions, often outside of normal business hours. Citywide mortgage is great!
Everything was clear and easy Ben and his team brought us to close in under 30 days. The quick close also overlapped Christmas which was even more impressive. Everything was remote with step by step tasks and notifications for each completed process. There wasn’t a single time that Ben or his team wasn’t available by phone to discuss any questions we had.
