I was linked up with Ben through my realtor. Right from the beginning, he really bent over backwards making our meetings fit my schedule and making me comfortable with the entire process. Ben was able to educate my on many different loan options, and help me decide what made the most sense for my situation. He and his assistant were very quick to respond to emails, and extremely easy to work with.

I've used Ben on 2 deals. Always professional and goes out of his way to get you the best deal. Got both my loans closed on time without any headaches. Highly recommend

I closed on time and the process was pain free. I was out to sea for two weeks in between closing and return a few days before and everything was on schedule.

I started off working with one of Ben's team members. Everything seemed to be going well until I kept being passed off to multiple people whenever I had questions or needed to give paperwork. The communication between the group was extremely ineffective. Regardless if they were all included in an email, they seemed to "not know" what was going on. Everything started well. However, towards the middle and end of the homebuying process, i would text Ben only to receive acknowledgement days later. His team is incompetent. They called my insurance company, who I previously worked for and still spoke with, and were trying to get them to increase my dwelling coverage and thus my premium without consulting with me first. Although we finally got it done-I would not ever recommend my lender (one of the owners) to anyone-and I don't think he would be surprised by this. I had to fight for communication, EVERYTHING was last minute, I would leave messages and not hear for days, I was left in the dark constantly. He would tell me he would be in touch and I would have to call for days to hear from him. This lender Did not ever respond to my inquiry about the home I clicked on or applying for a mortgage loan. I personally would not recommend this loan officer.
