I had tried to get up the courage to apply for a mortgage loan for a while but kept putting it off. Then I finally did it. The process was mostly very simple even uploading the documents was pretty easy. I spoke with Ben and two other associates and not once did any conversation seem difficult or intrusive. Quite the opposite in fact everyone was friendly and very helpful.
