Ben is the very definition of courteous professional. His customer service is unmatched. USAA screwed up my VA loan and instead of accepting responsibility and communicating with me or my realtor, they closed out my application without notice. They almost botched the whole deal. Ben worked at breakneck speed to pick up THEIR slack and got us to closing almost on the original closing date! He genuinely cares for his clients and makes you feel like you’re the only one on his roster. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
