I lived there for a year, its a very nice place in the summer, but in the winter your bills will skyrocket with heating costs over $200 month for me in a 2 bedroom really not worth the expense

They advertise soundproofing construction, FALSE! I can hear every move made by the neighbors above me and next door. And when they do maintenance upstairs the whole apartment shakes. Also the heating bill is ridiculous because these apartments are not insulated at all. And if you want to have a pet here be prepared to pay over $500 in initial fees plus an additional monthly fee. I would not...

These apartments are overpriced. The construction isn't great. The office staff wasn't the easiest to work with (nice, but not well organized). Most importantly, don't expect to get your security deposit back. We left our apartment in very good condition and got charged for the most rediculous things.

Don't expect to see the majority of your secutrity deposit back...We left it flawless and got knock big $$$ for stupid little things (dirty windowsills? = $40...What the @%#$ is that??)

If you don't mind narrow minded Office Manager who refuses to do anything that doesn't suit her you would love this place otherwise RUN away from this place fast. Very Very Bad.
