Austin and the staff were courtesy and understanding of the situation I was in and helped me get settled in a car that I expect to love for a long time. Great Experience! One of the better car buying experiences I've ever had. As we live nearly two hours from the dealership, Austin made a close up video of the car for us. He was very helpful and straightforward. Customer service is obviously something they value at this dealership. Everyone was friendly and helpful and no one was pushy (as we've often experienced at other dealerships). The facilities are very nice - bright and airy. Pricing is straightforward and fair. I'd recommend this dealership to anyone.
Great Car Buying Experience- Aston Martin DB9 Mo Ganchi took great care of me. Answered all my questions and was patient with me, while I took care of my side of the logistics. All round, a very easy experience with great customer service. I'd definitely recommend Mo and the team at The Collection to a friend.
