Great Experiance This is my second purchase from The Collection/ CtoC. The staff was very courteous and helpful. My salesman Roger Salazar made me feel welcome and he really took his time explaining the vehicle options. I never felt pressured or that I was being taken advantage of. I have recommended both the dealership and Roger to many of my friends.
Drove down from Chicago, IL Drove in from Chicago to buy my car and though the ride was obviously longer than if I simply went to the many dealerships closer by, the experience was great and the car I bought is beautiful. The description they gave me over he phone and via their website was spot on. David Graves and Bob Reed were very professional and accommodating.
Car Buyer Excellent service. David Graves was incredibly professional and courteous, and allowing me to have the vehicle inspected by a 3rd party (which found the vehicle in great shape and priced fairly).
