Overall good This was my first time purchasing a car "online". The overall experience was good. My salesman, Rob, was helpful and responsive to texts/calls; however, finalizing the purchase slowed down considerably when it got to their financing department. Rob offered useful suggestions that was a benefit to both of us when negotiating points needed to be addressed. I would consider making future purchases with him.
