I only gave 5 stars because I could not give 10 stars because that is the experience I had. Dr. Bergens and his staff are so professional and kind, paying attention to every detail. They truly had my best interest at heart and that is very rare in the health care industry today. I had two significant procedures done and experienced zero discomfort, of which I am grateful. You will not be disappointed with this office. I cannot say enough good things. See for yourself.
Very professional and on time. No fooling around. All of the staff and the doctor got right to the reason that I was there. Dr. Bergens was wonderful and really knew what he was doing for my Osseous surgery. I have to say that it was very sore when my mouth was numb but as soon as the numbness wore off, the pain went away, and I have not had any pain since. Go figure. It just goes to prove what a fantastic doctor Dr. Bergens is. Thank you all. I appreciate everything you did for me.
Today was my first visit with doctor Bergens and his crew. I am feeling very positive about My decision to get implants. In fact i'm excited to get started! Thanks for the confidence I needed to go forward with this journey!
Thoroughly professional and organized. Never any long waits. I especially appreciate how forthright they are when it comes to billing. They tell you up front what the costs will be so no surprises after whatever procedure you have. Every time I have surgery (implants), the doctor calls that evening checking on how I feel, which I appreciated. Highly recommend.
Even though my wisdom tooth fought to stay in, Dr. Bergen's expertise prevailed. I also had sinus augmentation and a implant. done at the same time. I experienced the remainder of the day with the expected bleeding and jaw soreness, but the next day, I had no brusing, no bleeding and no pain! This guy knows his stuff!
