When we started to seek my wife's SSD we figured at least a 2 year fight. After a shot phone interview, and a few mail correspondence to give them permission to get Dr's records we were done. In a few short month's not only did my wife get her SSD, She received an unexpected year in back benefits. I'm sorry to say I never actually me the people who worked so hard for us. This firm was strait forward and knowledgeable concerning the auto laws and payed close attention to policy changes made by the carrier that had a tremendous effect on the outcome of the case. Mark Milsop used his expertise and due diligence to back the insurance carrier into a corner where they succumbed to the pressure that Mark applied . They settled out of court.
