I know Donny two different ways. One as a customer of his, the other, a customer of mine. I've never had a conversation with him and not walked away with a smile. He's made the buying process, even maintenance, simple and easy. Somehow, the guy removes the 'salesman' stigma and makes it a personal experience, which is definitely appreciated when you're spending that much money.
