When we bought our 2018 explorer we told them the brakes had a running noise. They assured us they would check the brakes and make sure everything was okay. Since we bought the vehicle (5 months) the back end has began vibrating worse and worse. Sold me a truck under warranty as not wrecked with clean car fax and another Berglund dealer says it had been wrecked causing wheel wobble. Bedford Berglund Manager indicated he would not fix.

Background: took advantage of my son to evaluate Ranger during an oil change. Over charged by $150. Manager called, gave a credit of $150 for future work. Now: Ranger failed inspection (which took over an hour?) due to a battery strap missing and one plates light socket was not working. Rescheduled to get parts and work done, inspection sticker, etc. I had a 1pm appointment but the truck sat there with a work ticket number for 90 minutes. Work took actually 30 minutes.
