I went up there last week and Kiana was so amazing she got us in our house by this week the apartments are nice lovely neighborhood definitely recommend moving in !
Erica, Christina, Terri and Kiana are great team. They we're very polite and courteous. Great, cheerful, and nice. Nice apartments, clean, and spacious. Go see them and ge 500 to 1000 off.

Berkeley Landing Apartments located at 3700 Peachtree Industrial Blvd in the City of Duluth in GA, is an awesome apartment complex. The service gets better everyday and the new staff is awesome especially their new manager Katie Lamperski. She is very courteous and respectful, but knowledgeable and welcoming, and her staff is well trained and is always eager to help.
