I am not from this neighborhood and was worried about going to an Urgent Care I was not familiar with. My first impression was their professionalism and friendliness. I also noticed that they were cleaning. That impressed me. I felt I was cared for and felt very comfortable.
Friends that live in Berkley and Huntington woods-- this is the BEST walk in clinic, hands down, that I've ever been to. The clinic is clean, welcoming and very professional. I saw NP Eyad and he is fantastic!
It was a Sunday when I had just returned from an overseas trip and had a horrible cough. I decided I should see a doctor in order to get some antibiotics. I was very pleased with the facility, staff and timeliness for being seen by one of the doctors. I am glad Berkley Urgent Care is so close to my home.
