The atmosphere is clean, bright and welcoming. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The wait time was literally 10 minutes and we were in and out in 50 minutes. My son was diagnosed with a broken hand/wrist; a football injury. The injury was splinted and wrapped and we were referred to an orthopedic doctor. Great urgent care!!
Had a great experience here today. Taylor, PA was awesome. He was a great mix of professionalism and personality. Everyone that helped me was awesome. Excellent experience overall.

The staff was very pleasant from when I walked in to when I left. They were very quick--in and out in 30 minutes on a Monday night. This is now my new urgent care!
I wish I could make Berkley urgent Care my primary care physician! There has not been a single time that I've gone there and walked out dissatisfied. The staff are all very nice, attentive, understanding and professional. Even when it's been packed I've never waited very long. Every staff member makes a point to TALK to you and take the TIME to handle the situation at hand CORRECTLY. Whenever I feel sick I go to Berkley Urgent Care and get treated with such respect and patients it's incredible. Thank you staff for being so amazing. This Care these people give is truly a blessing. Take care and thanks again!
